We purchased an Eco-hitch for our Honda HRV and contacted Chris to install it. Chris is a top notch guy who truly takes pride in his workmanship. He even came out to the house to install our hitch. My husband and I contacted Chris after seeing several of his YouTube videos. It was immediately evident after talking with Chris on the phone that he is an expert in the field of towing/hitches/ trailers, etc. We arranged to have Chris install a B&W Gooseneck hitch on our 2002 F250 so my daughter can pull a horse trailer. After meeting up with Chris and his wife at the mall in Rogers, AR, Chris installed the hitch on the truck. Due to age the bed of the truck was sunken a bit making the installation more difficult. Chris was able to handle that issue and get the hitch installed in a timely manner and at a fair price. We are very pleased with the hitch, the installation and most of all, Chris's professionalism and friendliness. Chris and his wife, Greta who helped with the install, are both great people to deal with. We enjoyed meeting them. Best of all, we now have a professional consultant we can count on should we have questions regarding any towing issues.

Chris is excellent. He knows his stuff, is so personable, and very helpful. Installed a hitch on our Odyssey, as well as helped us flip the axle of a pop up camper. He also tracked down smaller tires and a hitch bar that would allow us to tow safely and properly.
